This week Jim and Teal take on the re-imagining of a horror film classic, Suspiria. Is Dakota Johnson up to the task of filling Jessica Harper's dance shoes? But before that, our two intrepid podcasting heroes discuss the second highest-grossing film in China, The Wandering Earth. How does it compare with Hollywood big-budget sci-fi disaster flicks?

Hello all you subgenre completionists out there! Jim and Teal have an action-packed special episode for you. This week they tackle the musical biopic beginning with their review of the new Elton John fantasy/musical bio extravaganza, Rocketman. Avengers: End Game of Thrones (Parabellum Hadron Gospel Hour edition.)

Pure Cinema and the Ann Savage Appreciation Society

Pure cinema; how do great filmmakers enhance the cinema experience through images when words just won't do? Jim and Teal explore this notion of pure cinema, where movies with powerful images play a great importance.
